✓ Original written guides, map pins, coordinates, checklists and tips.
✓ Single-player glitches, secrets and how-tos.
✓ Videos embedded from YouTube, TikTok and X with the creator credited. We never re-upload them.
✓ Official Rockstar news, linked and cited.

✕ Leaked or pre-release footage or assets, including early unboxings.
✕ Isolated story cutscenes, ending spoilers, or isolated in-game TV/radio shows.
✕ Online exploits: money or item duplication, mod menus, account selling, or anything giving an unfair edge over other players.
✕ Unauthorized mods or ports.

This follows Take-Two's posted policy on posting copyrighted Rockstar material.

By using Six Intel HQ you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial play. Don't scrape the site, abuse forms or sign-ups, or submit content you don't have the right to share. Pins and tips you submit stay yours; you give us permission to show them on the site with credit. Guides are provided as-is and may change after game patches. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Paid memberships are covered under Subscriptions below.

Your submissions. When you submit a pin, screenshot, tip, report or vote, you confirm it's your own work (or you have the right to share it) and that it contains no leaked or pre-release material. You keep ownership. You grant Six Intel HQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, crop, resize, adapt (for example converting to WebP or stripping metadata), display and distribute it on the site, in our apps, embeds and social posts promoting the site, with credit to the name you chose. You can ask us to remove your submission at any time via support@sixintelhq.com; copies already shared or cached may take time to disappear.

Refunds. You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact support@sixintelhq.com within 14 days and we'll refund that renewal if you haven't meaningfully used the paid features since. Tips are voluntary and generally not refundable. Unredeemed gift memberships can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Where your local law (for example EU/UK consumer law) gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The site and all guides are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or availability. Game content changes with patches; we don't guarantee any tip still works. To the fullest extent the law allows, Six Intel HQ and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost data, profits or game progress, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio, USA, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction and venue, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do, and material changes are announced on the site.
